A bagpipe is any of an ancient family of
double-reed folk woodwind instruments
employing a bladder or bellows as an air
reservoir to a "chanter" or melody pipe,
and optional "drones" providing a
continuous accompanying harmony. Scotland is
the "home" of the bagpipe.
